Global Localized Battery Energy Storage System Implementation Cases
Taking into account the voltage characteristics of Nigeria’s local power grid, our technical team conducted on-site specialized adaptation and commissioning of the entire high-voltage energy storage system. They calibrated the equipment’s operating parameters, continuously monitored the system’s voltage and load operation data, and performed repeated adjustments until the system voltage was maintained within a stable standard range over the long term. Following these localized optimizations, the equipment now features autonomous voltage stabilization and self-diagnostic capabilities, eliminating the need for the customer to maintain a long-term on-site team of specialized technicians for maintenance and significantly reducing the labor required for daily operations and maintenance.
The technical team traveled to the client’s facility in Poland, prioritizing on-site adaptation and commissioning of the energy storage system as their primary task. Working in close collaboration with the client’s in-house technical team, they fine-tuned equipment parameters to match the facility’s load and local grid conditions. By efficiently advancing system-wide integration testing and trial operation inspections, they completed the entire commissioning process in just one week, successfully bringing the energy storage system online. This effectively mitigated voltage fluctuations and power supply instability during summer peak periods.
We provided end-to-end support throughout the entire client collaboration cycle—from initial requirements gathering, solution customization, and product adaptation design, to production scheduling, shipment and delivery, and on-site installation guidance—coordinating the entire project process as a one-stop service over a full 18-month collaboration cycle. We handled the entire workflow—including solution design, permit processing, production and delivery, and on-site implementation guidance—eliminating the need for the client to coordinate with multiple suppliers and significantly reducing the time and manpower required for cross-process communication and coordination.
